Overview

Dr. Péter Bodor-Pesti is a horticultural engineer specialized in viticulture. His research topics are linked to precision viticulture, in more particular remote and proximal sensing. In their research team they are working with RGB-based vegetation indices to predict morpholoigcal and plant physiological properties of grapevine cultivars. In collaboration with other researchers he developed different softwares for the landmark based geometric morphometrics and color pattern evaluation of plant leaves.  He is interested in the application of smart tools, such as smartphones in the precision viticulture.
