<�>Julianna Bokor works at Kaposvári Campus Szolgáltató Nonprofit Ltd. as a research associate. She is interested in red deer pasture-based herd management. At the beginning of her scientific activities, she investigated the growth of young red deer kept on pasture and the antler development of free range red deer herds. Later, she expanded these with pasture-based venison production, including the topics of slaughtering properties and meat quality examinations.
