Dr. Melinda Csima - MATE Research
Overview
Melinda Csima has earned her Ph.D. degree in the field of educational sciences. Her doctoral dissertation focused on investigating the impact of health behaviour and sense of coherence on the quality of life of adolescent high school students. Following the completion of her doctoral degree, she shifted her focus towards gaining a nuanced understanding of the components of health literacy, as well as uncovering the health status and health behaviours of various professional groups. Her scientific activities and publications predominantly address issues at the intersection of educational science and medical-health science, thus endorsing an interdisciplinary approach in her research endeavours. Post-PhD, she actively participated in research initiatives that expanded her knowledge base and provided a solid foundation for designing and leading research methodologies.
