Dr. Katalin Szabó is the general deputy director of the Institute of Agricultural and Food Economics, head of the Department of Agricultural Management and Ledearship, Supervisor of the Doctoral School of Regional and Economic Sciences. Her scholarly pursuits and research endeavors are centred around the efficacious operation of organisations, strategic human resource management, matters of equal opportunity, and challenges pertaining to management leadership.
