Projects
Accelerating Innovation and Development of European Microbial Foods (Mic2Food)
The COST action aims to create a European research network to facilitate the development and market entry of new, safe microbial foods. The programme supports the identification of new microorganisms, the development of production processes and their industrial-scale application, as well as the processing, nutritional assessment, and regulatory environment of the products, while strengthening collaboration between academic research and industry.
