Overview
Dr. Csilla Sörös is a food chemistry scientist. Her research focuses mainly on the analytical chemistry of food constituents including pesticides, mycotoxins, poly-halogenated (such as PFAS) compounds or food additives. Another area of her research belongs to the field of collodics including contact wetting tests.
