Overview

Omeralfaroug Ali is a junior researcher the MATE, Department of Physiology and Animal Health. His research focuses on the physiology and biochemistry of lipids in monogastric farm animals, from poultry, mammals and fish. Across his research, he uses chromatographic and photometric techniques for analysing lipid profile in the animals’ tissues and mostly enzyme activities. He is working at the Laboratory of Lipid Analysis. He continues to work in the same laboratory, his job position involves various activities, primarily conducting experiments, providing lectures and practice to students, and strengthening collaboration with other research teams.
His main scientific activity cover the lipid analysis and lipid biochemistry.
