Dr. Ferenc Pajor - MATE Research
Overview
Dr. Ferenc Pajor is a teacher-researcher in the field of the animal science. His research focuses on ruminant’s husbandry, feeding, housing technology and production, mainly milk production and milk quality. In addition, his research focuses on the production of milk and milk products enriched with health-protecting bioactive compounds (especially beneficial fatty acids), as well as the relationship between udder health and milk quality in small ruminants. He incorporates his new research results into his teaching materials, so that students can also learn about new scientific results in the studied areas.
