Prof. Dr. Diána Ágnes Sárdy - MATE Research
Overview
Dr. Diána Sárdy Nyitrainé's main research areas are the examination of compounds with a physiological effect (biogenic amines, polyphenols), the technology of organic winemaking and the investigation of organic yeasts. She is the Head of the Institute of Viticulture and Oenology and the program leader of the Msc in Viticulture and Oenology. She is tribesman of the Doctoral School of Horticultural Science and the President of the National Wine Expert Committee.
