Project no. 1.: Development of a plant-specific root-colonizing microbial seed coating to maximize drought stress tolerance (2020-1.1.2-PIACI-KFI-2020-00020. project)

The aim of the project is to develop a root-colonizing microbial seed coating in order to increase drought stress tolerance and biomass yield of arable and horticultural crops. Biostimulant microbial products will be developed in soil-specific way, based on preliminary metagenomic rhizosphere diagnostic results.
